Dear Champion! The Champion's trip to Kitzbühel is almost here! Here is some practical information about the days we will spend in Kitzbühel. You will get more details together with your travel documents, sent to your private address during week 10. All participants will also get a package delivered to their home address in this or next week (a package to be picked up at the post office or as advised). 19. March We have booked four charter flights, 2 from Oslo and 2 from Stockholm. (Germany and Austria have other travel arrangements). OSLO:        10:45 (Salzburg 13:00) and 11:30 (Salzburg 13:45) ARLANDA: 11:05 (Salzburg 13:15) and 11:30 (Salzburg 13:45) Bus transfer from Salzburg to Kitzbühel (approx. 1 ½ hour). Check-in at nine different hotels in Kitzbühel. Dinner and party in "Innerstadt" Kitzbühel. Please be dressed to stay outdoors the first 1 ½ hours, and the dress code is "relaxed party" for the rest of the evening. 20. March 09:00 Opening ceremony for Dressmann and Varner Retail (outdoors) 10:00 "Kick start" and meeting for everyone 13:00 Lunch at Hochkitzbühel 19:00 Dinner and party in the evening (Dress code: Party) 21. March 10:00 Separate country meetings. Varner Retail will also have a separate meeting 13:00 Half day with activities. The activity no. 1 you signed up for when you registered, except unfortunately those who signed up for ice-hockey. (too few - you are now signed up for your second choice instead). If you are going to ski or attend an outdoor activity, remember to bring ski-pants, jacket, gloves, wool underwear, and wool socks. And you will need winter shoes for all days. The ski equipment will be rented for everyone that signed up for skiing. You will get information where to get your equipment from JCP on the arrival day (If you like you can bring you own helmet, goggles and boots – and ski equipment). 18:00 Transfer to after-ski party from the hotels (those who have been skiing can go straight to the after-ski party – if you like. Please then remember to bring your shoes in a backpack. The skiing equipment will be taken care of (Dress code: After-ski!). 22. March 12:00 Time to leave… The boarding passes for the charter flights will be delivered to you at the hotels. There will be a bus transfer to the Salzburg airport.  The charter flight times are: Salzburg - Oslo at 14:55 (17:20) and 16:00 (18:15).  Salzburg - Arlanda at 15:25 (17:35) and 16:00 (18:10).
